Carpet Cleaning
Our professional staff will come into your office or place of business to provide a full and comprehensive carpet cleaning service. Our service includes stain removal, deodorizing, and steam cleaning to restore your carpet’s brilliance and your office image.
Our carpet cleaning technicians are I.I.C.R.C. certified and use a high flow commercial steam cleaning system to allow fast drying. Dry time for the carpet is usually 4 - 6 hours.
We pretreat the carpet with emulsifiers to loosen stains, spills and heavily soiled areas.
The furniture is moved, cleaned underneath and then moved back to its original position. Carpet protectors are placed under the furniture to protect the furniture and carpet.
Steam cleaning removes the dirt from the base of the carpet pile and will prolong the life of the carpet. A deodorizer is used during the cleaning process at your request. Spot cleaners are used for most difficult stains and are included in the cleaning.
Upholstery Cleaning
We will first inspect and test your furniture for color fastness. Heavily soiled areas will then be pretreated with a fabric spotter.
Next, we will steam clean your upholstery using a deep extraction method. If required, our technician will repeat this process for heavily soiled areas to ensure a 100 % cleaning job. A deodorizer is used during the cleaning process at your request.
Spot cleaners are used for difficult stains and are included in the cleaning.
We will apply 3M Scotchgardâ„¢ at your request. Scotchgardâ„¢ protects spills from absorbing into the upholstery material.
Your furniture is then groomed using a grooming brush to give it a "like new" appearance.
