Carpet Cleaning

Class A Service use a deep steam cleaning process to clean your carpets and upholstery. The process involves several steps to a clean carpet.

• We pre-treat the carpet to loosen stains and heavily soiled areas. Pre-treating the carpet allows emulsifiers to loosen stains and spills.
• The furniture is moved, cleaned underneath and then moved back to it's original position. Carpet protectors are placed under the furniture to protect the furniture and carpet.
• Steam cleaning removes the dirt from the base of the carpet pile and will prolong the life of the carpet. A deodorizer is used during the cleaning process at your request. Drying time for the carpet is usually 4 - 6 hours.
• Spot cleaners are used for most difficult stains and are included in the cleaning.
• We will then apply 3m Scotchgard at your request. Scotchgard is a carpet protector which prevents spills from absorbing into the carpet fibres.
• The carpets are then groomed using a carpet rake to give them a " like new " appearance.

Upholstery Cleaning

• Class A Service will inspect and test your furniture for color fastness.
• We pretreat heavily soiled areas with a prespray fabric spotter.
• We will then steam clean your upholstery using a deep extraction method. If required, our technician will repeat this process for heavily soiled areas to ensure a 100 % cleaning job. A deodorizer is used during the cleaning process at your request.
• Drying time for the upholstery is usually 4 - 6 hours.
• Spot cleaners are used for difficult stains and are included in the cleaning.
• We will the apply 3m Scotchgard at your request. Scotchgard is a protector which protects spills form absorbing into the upholstery material.
• Your furniture is the groomed using a grooming brush to give it a " like new " appearance.
