1. My parents have retired and I get
the sense that they have been struggling to get by, both
financially and physically. How can I help them without hurting
their pride?
As our parents naturally want to be in the
power position with their children, this is a very valid concern.
It can be demoralizing to them to accept help. Class A Home &
Yard Service Gift Certificates are a great way to help without
being obtrusive. We can offer cleaning on an occasional or regular
basis and can service all their yardcare needs as well. You can
pay for it without them knowing the costs. You can be assured that
we will treat your parents in the manner they are accustomed to.
Simply call the office and the staff will be pleased to assist
you. If you live out of province, you are welcome to complete the
necessary information on this website, under “gift
certificates”.

2. I need regular cleaning in my home,
but am very concerned about my dogs. How can I be sure they are
comfortable with strangers in my home? Do I have to stay home on
cleaning days?
We are very pleased to arrange your first
service as early as 8:00 am. This will allow you to meet your
cleaning team and to introduce them to your pets. When their
family member is home, it is much easier for them to accept us
into your home. You are then free to arrange your day as usual.
Show us where their treats are and we’ll be fine!

3. I want to know when the cleaning
team is coming to my home. Do I get the same time every visit? Do
I get the same people?
We would love to be able to schedule
everyone at the same time each visit, however this is not
possible. We can endeavor to schedule you for a morning or
afternoon service time. We can also call you the day before to
inform you of our arrival time. When you become a regular client,
we will send the same team to clean your home on a scheduled
basis.

4. I do not want my children’s
rooms cleaned unless they have picked up their clothes and things.
How do I arrange this?
Sometimes it is more time consuming and
frustrating to get the kids to pick their room the night before.
Should they be unable to do this, simply close the door to their
room and we will omit it that visit. This will ensure that we are
not wasting your valuable cleaning time on an area that may not be
high on your priority list.

6. I would like the walls and some
windows cleaned once in awhile. Can my cleaning team do this for
me?
Your team would be pleased to provide this
service should you require the occasional wall or window cleaned.
Patio doors and the window over your sink are frequent requests.
Bathroom walls also need cleaning more often. Keep in mind that
when they provide these services for you they will need to review
that days cleaning charge.
Would you like all windows or wall washing
done?
Please call the office to arrange for
another member of our company to attend to these needs.
